Looking for reading information on cells and specifics on organelles check out the Biology for Kids. It is a great site and the information is easy to read. From the main web page, press the cells link at the top and it will give you on the right hand side a list of the organelles it has information to offer you.
Looking to see a cell in an interactive environment? Then you can not beat looking at the Cells Alive Site. The information is always up to date, as the site manager/editor works on it yearly. Over the year it has become a favorite for the interactive models. Just select the plant or animal cell and it will bring you to the interactive model. Hover over the organelle you are interested in learning about and the information will display for you.
